  • System design and integration

  • Installation services

  • Live event production support

  • Maintenance and technical services

All services may be subject to separate written agreements, proposals, or statements of work (“Service Agreements”), which will govern specific project details.

2. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Violate any local, state, or federal laws

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

  • Transmit harmful code (viruses, malware, etc.)

  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our discretion.

3. Quotes, Proposals, and Acceptance

  • All quotes and proposals are non-binding until accepted in writing

  • Pricing is valid only for the time period stated

  • Any changes in scope may result in revised pricing

  • Acceptance of a quote constitutes agreement to these Terms

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice or Service Agreement

  • Deposits may be required prior to work or rental release

  • Late payments may incur interest (up to the maximum allowed under California law)

  • We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

5. Equipment Rental Terms

5.1 Rental Period

Rental begins upon delivery or pickup and ends upon return and inspection.

5.2 LIABILITY for Equipment

You are responsible for all rented equipment during the rental period, including:

  • Loss, theft, or damage (beyond normal wear and tear)

  • Proper use in accordance with manufacturer specifications

5.3 Insurance Requirement

We may require proof of insurance covering rented equipment. If not provided, you assume full financial responsibility.

5.4 Return Conditions

  • Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received

  • Cleaning, repair, or replacement fees may apply

5.5 Late Returns

Late returns may incur additional daily rental charges.

6. Installation and Integration Services

  • Client is responsible for providing accurate site conditions and access

  • Delays caused by site readiness, third parties, or permitting may result in additional costs

  • Installed systems remain the property of 7F Audio until fully paid

  • Client assumes responsibility for system operation after handoff unless a service agreement is in place

7. Live Event and Production Services

  • Client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, licenses, and venue approvals

  • We are not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party vendors, venues, or force majeure events

  • Technical requirements must be agreed upon in advance

8. Service and Maintenance Agreements

For ongoing service contracts:

  • Response times and service levels will be defined in the agreement

  • Emergency services may incur additional charges

  • Preventative maintenance schedules must be followed to maintain coverage

9. Cancellations and Changes

  • Cancellation terms will be outlined in your agreement

  • Deposits may be non-refundable

  • Short-notice cancellations may result in fees due to reserved equipment and labor

10. Intellectual Property

All website content and materials—including designs, text, graphics, and branding—are the property of 7F Audio and protected by applicable laws.

You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law:

  • 7F Audio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service

  • We are not responsible for loss of revenue, business interruption, or event disruption

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 7F Audio and its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of our services

  • Breach of these Terms

  • Negligence or misuse of equipment

13. Warranties and Disclaimers

  • Services are provided “as is” unless otherwise stated

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance

  • Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment where applicable

14. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We comply with applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) where applicable.

California residents may have rights to:

  • Request access to personal data

  • Request deletion of personal data

  • Opt out of certain data uses

15. Governing Law (California)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Orange County, California.
